Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary goods, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods remain the property of annabelburttinteriors.co.uk until paid for in full by the customer.

All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same at his own risk.

No goods can be released to clients until payment has been received in full.

Prices are subject to change. All business is subject to our terms and conditions of business.

We abide by the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1984.

Customers receiving goods outside the EEC are responsible for any local taxes and/or duties incurred.

Returns
Goods must be inspected and checked before cutting. We cannot take responsibilty for damaged goods. If the goods are received damaged, then they should not be signed for and returned as such and we must be advised in writing immediately. It may not be possible to return or exchange damaged goods..

No claims can be entertained or exchanges made once the material has been cut. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore contact us within seven days. If the customer is not happy with the goods supplied for reasons other than faulty goods or damaged goods they cannot be returned which is why we encourage customers to ask for a sample of the goods before placing an order. We cannot accept cancellations.

Customers are required to pay for the carriage of any goods being returned.

Disputes
In the first instance any complaint should be made direct to our Customer Services Department and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially, and effectively within 28days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
